You only need to know 3 things before you start:

  1. If you have never submitted before you must use First Time Submissions.
  2. Returning contributors use Submit Here.
  3. If you are not a practicing fitness professional, coach or trainer, you will get rejected.

A Couple of Things You Should Know Before You Submit:

-If your content is not ready for publication, not good quality, not original or just poorly edited, it will get rejected.

-Photos and videos really help when you're talking about movements and technique.

Trending topics for July, 2018:

1. Dealing with the heat of summer when exercising

2. Depression and exercise

3. Form, technique and specifics on alternatives to the back squat for strong legs, eg, front squat, Zercher squat, box squats, deadlifts, lunges, heavy carries

4. For your own social media feeds and content: focus on your trainees and how they are shaping up over the summer. Write specifically about places and people in your geography, eg, nothing wrong with encouraging people to go hiking or swimming as alternatives to the gym while the weather is good. This will build up more local awareness for you online and get you more foot traffic.
