Breaking Muscle is the fitness world’s open source destination for high-quality information on exercise, fitness, health, and nutrition. Our audience goes across the entire spectrum of the fitness community: consumers, aficionados, fitness professionals, and business owners. 

You're here because you want to inform, educate and advocate for this community. 

They are open-minded, inquisitive, and empirically driven. They want to provide – and provoke – genuine and fruitful discussion, deliver practical and actionable information, and uphold high standards of quality and insight.


You only need to know 3 things before you start:

  2. Returning contributors use Submit Here.
  3. If you are not a practicing fitness professional, coach or trainer, you will get rejected.




A Couple of Things You Should Know Before You Submit:

-If your content is not ready for publication, not good quality, not original or just poorly edited, it will get rejected.

-Photos and videos really help when you're talking about movements and technique.

-If you have never submitted to Breaking Muscle you must use the First Time Submissions page.
