  3. If you are not a practicing fitness professional, coach or trainer, you will get rejected.

A Couple of Things You Should Know Before You Submit:

-If you are not a professional coach or a fitness trainer, your submission will be declined automatically.

-If your content is not ready for publication, not good quality, not original or just poorly edited, it will get rejected.

-Original photos and videos make your content easier to find on the site and promote through social media.

-You should have at least 3 published pieces on the site. This helps increase your exposure and rating among readers, as well as boosting your online profile in general.
